Legacy Remodeling has always dedicated itself to both its customers and its employees, but dedication has never stopped there. Dedication to the community has always been high on the list of priorities, and the importance of engaging with and giving back is something that has never been overlooked. Being part of the local Pittsburgh community is important. This is why, year after year, you’ll find Legacy Remodeling actively engaging and connecting person to person with homeowners at local events. Whether it’s employees dressed up in costume, giving new “tattoos'' to neighborhood kids, offering fun face painting, or handing out delicious Halloween treats, you’ll always find Legacy Remodeling employees eager to interact. Legacy also proudly supports artists within our own community. We’ve hired local magician “Weird Eric” time and time again to bring fun and entertainment to different community events!
Throughout the years Legacy has joyfully given its time, effort, and energy to multiple charity projects as well as charitable organizations. It has been a drop off location for Toys for Tots for many years, has been humbled and delighted to work with Habitat for Humanity on multiple occasions, the owner, Jeff, big heartedly participated in a Head Shaving Event in the South Hills for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for kids’ cancer research, and has also graciously donated to the Streams Elementary School Stravaganza.
Building Dreams, One Shower at a Time
Legacy Remodeling is honored to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh, a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable housing for local low-income families.
In our recent collaboration, we installed six KOHLER® LuxStone™ shower systems across three new homes in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood. Each residence received a walk-in shower for the master bedroom and a shower-tub combo for the family bathroom, ensuring comfort and functionality for future occupants.
During the installation, we discovered inspirational messages hidden throughout the homes, reminding us of the profound impact these projects have on families and the community. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our community and help create a better tomorrow for Pittsburgh families.
